CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the matters of service requirements and procedures of “KoBio website” that "KOTRA" provides. Article 2 (Definitions) Definitions of terminologies used in these General Terms and Conditions shall be as follows. 1. Member: Any person granted a user ID 2. ID: Any combination of letters or numbers approved by KOTRA 3. Password: Any combination of letters or numbers set forth by the member for its protection of confidentiality Article 3 (Effectiveness and Modification) ① These General Terms and Conditions shall have effect by KOTRA posting the contents through the homepage of KOTRA and the member agrees thereto. ② KOTRA may modify the General Terms and Conditions within a reasonable scope not to violate the Act on Regulating the General Terms and Conditions, the Act on Promoting the Use of Information Communication Network and Information Protection and other pertinent laws and regulations, and in the event that a modification is made, KOTRA shall specify the date of application, cause of modification, and contents of modification to notify the same on its initial page of the homepage at least 7 days in advance of the application date to the previous date of the application data. ③ The General Terms and Conditions modified under Paragraph 2 of this Article shall apply consistently to all members subscribed prior to the modification, and any existing member who has objection on the modified General Terms and Conditions may cancel (or withdraw from membership) from the membership registration at any time by application. ④ In the event that a member continuously uses the service after the date of application for the modified General Terms and Conditions, it shall be considered as agreeing to the modification of the General Terms and Conditions. Article 4 (Applicable Provisions) Any matter not specified under the General Terms and Conditions shall follow the Frame Act of Electricity and Communication, the Electric and Communication Business Act, the Act on Promoting the Use of Information Communication Network and Information Protection and other pertinent laws and regulations. CHAPTER II SERVICE CONTRACT Article 5 (Establishment of Service Contract) The Service Contract is established with the application of KOTRA on the service application and agreement of the contents of the General Terms and Conditions by user. Article 6 (Service Application) The service application may be made by recording of user on the membership subscription application as set forth by KOTRA. Article 7 (Consent of Service Application) ① The approval is granted in the event that a member provided all information accurately and made the service application. ② In the event of the following, the approval of service may not be granted. 1. In the event that the information on the service application is falsely provided; 2. In the event that the application is made by using the name of a different person; or 3 When the application is insufficient to requirements. Article 8 (Modification of Terms or Conditions of Contract) In the event that any of the information provided at the time of service application is changed, the member may request correction through the Internet. CHAPTER III OBLIGATIONS OF PARTIES TO CONTRACT Article 9 (Obligations of KOTRA) KOTRA makes the effort to protect the personal information of users including the user registration information in accordance with the pertinent laws and regulations. On the protection of personal information of user, it shall follow the pertinent laws and regulations and “personal information protection policy” as set forth by KOTRA. However, in the event that there is a request by a national institution under the provision of laws, such as the Frame Act of Electricity and Communication, or in the event that there is an investigation of crimes or procedures set forth under the pertinent laws and regulations, it shall not be the case. Article 10 (Obligations of Members) ① When using the service, a member shall not undertake any of the following acts. 1. Any act of using the ID of another member illegally; 2. Any act of obtaining information from the service for reproduction, publishing or providing to a third party; 3. Any act of infringing copyright of KOTRA, copyright of a third party or other rights; 4. Any act of distributing contents that may violate the public order and social morale and customs; 5. Any act of linkage to crime as objectively determined; 6. Any act of violating other pertinent laws and regulations. ② A member shall not transfer or bequeath any right of service, other contractual position for use to a third party, and it shall not be provided as security. CHAPTER IV USE OF SERVICE Article 11 (Obligations of Member Community) ① A member shall have responsibility of management of maintenance and repairing on bulletin board, visitor’s personal information, registration data and others in its own community as needed. ② A member shall not delete or modify the data provided by KOTRA unauthorized. ③ A member shall not undertake any act of registration of contents that have contents in violation of public order and social morale or contents that interfere with the copyright of a third party and other rights. When the contents as described above are posted, all responsibilities resulting thereto shall be on the member. Article 12 (Management and Deletion of Posted Materials of Members) For efficient service operation, memory space, message size, days of savings and others of the member may be restricted, and in the event that the contents of registration are applicable to the following, the contents may be deleted without advance notice. 1. In the event that it has the contents to criticize or accuse another member or a third party in a way of damaging the honor; 2. In the event that the contents violate public order and social morale; 3. In the event that the contents are recognized as consisting of a criminal act; 4. In the event that the contents infringe copyright of KOTRA, copyright of a third party or other rights; 5. In the event that a member posts to its community and bulletin board lewd material or link to a lewd site; 6. Any contents of e-commerce with the registration of false information or product or using the same thereof; or 7. In the event that it is determined as violating other pertinent laws and regulations. Article 13 (Copyright on Posted Materials) The copyright of the posted material shall be on the person posting the information, and the posted data shall not be used for any purpose other than the inter-company cooperative business development within the site, and it shall not be used unauthorized or posted on different site for the contents without advance consent. Article 14 (Time of Use of Service) The use of service shall be available 24-hours a day all year round unless otherwise having special infringement on the job or technical matter. However, it shall be the case when there is any cause otherwise, such as regular inspection and the like. Article 15 (Contents of Service) 1. MARKETPLACE (PRODUCT, TECHNOLOGY, COMPANIES, ABOUT KOREAN MARKET): Cooperative business development support service for companies; 2. Market survey, overseas license and permit, overseas marketing: Overseas investment, trade related information database 3. My page: Member information, message, and tailored information 4. Detailed search: Conditional search using the search words that a member used and keyword search *Contents of service of user are determined under the “KOTRA” policy and are subject to change. Article 16 (Responsibilities on Use of Service) The service shall not be used to undertake hacking, linkage to lewd sites, illegal distribution of commercial S/W and the like, and for all business results, loss, legal action undertaken by pertinent institution generated from the violation of the above, KOTRA shall not take any responsibility. Article 17 (Suspension of Service) In the event that it is applicable to any of the following, the service may be suspended. 1. In the event that it is inevitable due to certain works, such as repairing of service facilities and others 2. In the event that the key communication operator suspends the electric communication service under the Electric Communication Business Act; 3. In the event that the system inspection is required; or 4. In the event that there is a cause of force majeure. CHAPTER V TERMINATION OF CONTRACT AND LIMITATION OF USE Article 18 (Termination of Contract and Limitation of Use) ① When a member intends to terminate the Service Contract, the application for termination has to be made by contacting KOTRA by the member, and KOTRA shall take action after confirming the identification. ② In the event that a member undertakes any of the following acts, KOTRA may terminate the Service Contract or suspend the use of service without advance notice. 1. In the event that someone else’s user ID and password are used unauthorized; 2. In the event that the service operation is intentionally interfered; 3. In the event that false application for subscription is made; 4. In the event that false product, technical information or commercial proposal is distributed; 5. In the event that the same user has double registration with different ID 6. In the event that the contents that interfere with the violation of public order and social morale are distributed 7. In the event that any act of damaging or adversely effecting someone else’s honor is taken; 8. In the event that massive personal information is forwarded for the purpose of interfering with the stable operation of service or advertisement information is forwarded; 9. In the event that it distributes a computer virus program and others that may stimulate the destruction or erroneous operation of the information communication facilities; 10. In the event that it infringes the intellectual property right of KOTRA, another member, or a third party; 11. In the event that personal information, user ID and password of someone else are illegally used; 12. In the event that a member posts lewd materials on its homepage, bulletin board, or others, or links to a lewd site; or 13. In the event that it is determined as violating other pertinent laws and regulations. ARTICLE VI IMMUNITY Article 19 (Immunity Provision) ① KOTRA shall not be responsible for any information, data and others that member obtained by using the service. ② KOTRA shall not be responsible for any information posted on the service, data, reliability of fact, accuracy and other contents. Article 20 (Jurisdiction for Adjudication) In the event that there is litigation from a dispute caused by use of service, KOTRA shall have the court with the jurisdiction over the location of the head office shall be the court with exclusive jurisdiction.

Protection of copyright KOTRA has the copyright for all contents, namely, web documents, attached files, DB information and others as the product protected under the Copyright Act as provided in the KOBIO homepage with the exception of cases specified on other sources or indication of separate copyright. In the event that the contents provided by the said homepage are reproduced and distributed unauthorized, it shall be applicable to the crime of infringing of copyright property right under Article 97-5 of the Copyright Act. In the event that the contents provided by the KOBIO homepage is provided to a third party through web or use the same commercially, it shall obtain separate stipulation or permit in advance with KOTRA, and even in the case of posting the contents with the stipulation or permission, it has to specify that the source is KOTRA. In the event that the contents of the KOBIO homepage is posted on other Internet sites in accordance with the legitimate procedure, unauthorized modification of the contents other than simple correction of error shall be prohibited, and if it is violated, it is subject to criminal punishment. In the event that the KOBIO homepage is linked from another Internet site, the fact of linkage shall be notified to KOTRA. Any inquiry shall be directed to the manager of copyright of KOBIO
